Weight 330 = 8lbs lost
Week one completed and 8lbs lost. That’s cool. Hope this rate stays up. Although I’m hungry all the time, I’m not cheating. I sometimes catch myself trying to cheat. Like when I’m chopping food or cooking for work, I have a tendency of throwing some in my mouth. But even when that happens, I spit it out before chewing or swallowing. So at least I’m catching myself. I find that all of a sudden I’m tired all the time too. And the hunger I have is not like munchy hungry, but stomach growling hunger. Because I sometimes get mad at myself for eating even within the plan, I don’t think I could cheat. As for exercise, we go shopping at stores or the mall, and I try grouping all my work together at work. My goal is to break a sweat but not work myself too hard. I’m happy with the results so far and still have high hopes.
