Just a quick note pertaining to TSFL.
The nutritionist at TSFL says that the idea is to eat all 6 meals in a 24 hour period. So if I’m awake past 24 hours, I need to start the next day. She suggested I eat my 5 Medifast meals, 1/2 Lean & Green, 1/2 Lean & Green, then the Optional Snack = 8 meals.
Good thing to keep in mind for those of us with crazy work/sleep schedules.
