This was a refreshing change and too yummy to pass it up.
1 Medifast Vanilla Pudding or Vanilla Shake (1 Meal)
1/2 cup ice
1 cup diet root beer (make sure there are 0 carbs)
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
I count this into the desserts category.
