Quick Add Screen = easy, one-touch ways to track your Progress (weight) and Favorites (foods) daily. There are five blue cups at the top that represent the five Medifast Meals. When you touch five cups as you eat them, a check mark appears letting you know you have eaten all Medifast Meals for the day. A picture of a turkey, that once touched places a check mark here, indicating that you have eaten your Lean for the day. A picture of a green bowl, that once touched three times places a check here, indicating that you have eaten your Green portions for the day. A picture of a blue glass, that once touched raises the number on the glass, indicating the number of glasses of Water consumed for the day. A picture of a brown teardrop, that once touched twice places a check here, indicating that you have consumed all allowed Healthy Fats for the day.
Log Meals Screen = separated into 6 sections titled, Breakfast, Mid-Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner, and Evening. Each section has a button titled Add Food. Once touched, it takes you to another screen wherein you can choose the food you ate for that time. It allows for every stage of the plan. It also has a section where your favorite foods are stored and a place to keep track of meals in your cupboard. I found that this helps when shopping to choose the foods that are allowed. For example, I discovered that you can have 2 patties of Boca Flame Grilled Burgers, which is a lot of food. They are pretty good about the brands as well making it easier when you are just learning.
My Logs Screen = separated into five sections titled, Log Weight, Log Exercise, Log Measurements, Log Water and Log Journal. The weight and measurements sections tracks your progress. The exercise section gives you options for exercise. You pick walking for example, you pick what speed and the amount of time done so, and it calculates how many calories you burned. Very Cool.
Daily Tip Screen = this screen is not working yet. TSFL is still working on this.
More Screen = separated into five sections titled, Change Phase Plan, Daily Tip Settings, Progress Report, About and Logout. The option to change plan phase helps a ton. The rest is pretty self-explanatory.
Very neato right? It has been a big help to me. I sometimes forget if I have eaten at a specific time and this tells me. That is of course if I’m logging as soon as I eat. LOL So, take a minute and give it a try. If it’s not for you, you can always uninstall it.
