2 lbs. Lean Steak
1 1/2 cups Red Bell Peppers, sliced
1 1/2 cups Yellow Bell Peppers, sliced
1 1/2 cups Orange Bell Peppers, sliced
1 teaspoon Fiesta Lime Mrs. Dash
1/2 lb Mushrooms
4 teaspoons Olive Oil
Optional; Iceberg Lettuce leaves
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a frying pan. Shake a bit of Mrs. Dash into the pan. Slice the meat thin and fry in oil til desired doneness. In a separate pan, heat the rest of the oil. Slice the peppers and mushrooms and toss into that frying pan. Sprinkle a bunch of Mrs. Dash over the vegetables. Fry til cooked to taste, stirring occasionally. Weigh out meat to 5 ounce portions into bowls or plasticware. Measure 1 1/2 cups of vegetable mixture into each bowl or plasticware. Eat with fork.
Optional Variation; omit 1/4 cup of mixture from your serving and use full lettuce leaves as tortillas.
