This recipe turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Keep in mind that they need to be frozen and eaten that way.wpid-IMG_20130131_042952.jpg

1 Medifast Pudding (any flavor)
1 Medifast Meal Bar (any bar)

Make the pudding as directed. Shown is Chocolate Pudding. In a mini loaf pan, place some parchmentwpid-IMG_20130131_060759.jpg paper. Place a bar of your choice in the paper. Be creative, there are lots of combinations you could choose. Shown is the Caramel Crunch Bar. Microwave for 15-20 seconds. Use a spoon to break up the bar and spread it out. Pour the pudding into the mixture and mix as best you can. Shown in one picture is this stage. Freeze for 2 hours. Take out of freezer and pull out the mix in the paper. Pull the paper down and use a large knife to cut in half. Wrap each one in foil and freeze to enjoy at your leisure.
