Weight 319lbs. = 19lbs. lost
One two pounds lost this week. I guess this is a pattern with me. 8 the first, 2 the second, 7 the third and 2 the fourth week. Like a see saw…lol. Its okay I guess. At least I’m not gaining. Besides, that makes 19 pounds lost in one month. That’s a pretty big deal. Also, I put on my “buckle up” jeans again today and there is tons of room in them. They are size 28. I wonder if I could fit in the 26 ones I have. I’m excited to see what can be lost in the next month. I’m finding new ways to eat the foods all the time. But, the one downfall to this is that I’m bound up. My health coach said the food may cause constipation. I guess she was right. I guess that explains why the IBS stopped flaring up. Hopefully there will be a bigger loss next week. I decided to start making sure I drink half my weight in ounces everyday. It’s gonna be tons of water but worth trying.
