3 Heads of Broccoli
1 Head of Cauliflower
1 Bunch of Green Onions
2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
6 teaspoons Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
First things first. There is no oil needed for this recipe so you will have to find your healthy fats elsewhere. Make cauliflower into “Rice”. Set aside. Slice meat into small strips. Fry meat in 3 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Remove from pan. You will have meat juices left over in it. Cut broccoli into florets. Cut onions into 1 inch pieces. Fry broccoli and onions in juices. Add remaining soy sauce and seasonings. I cooked mine al dente. Separate onto plate in 1/2 cup “rice”, 5 ounces meat & 1 cup veggie mix as seen. The plate seen is one serving.
