Weight 315lbs. = 23lbs. lost

I guess I’m leveling out. Four pounds lost last week. Plus I’m terribly bloated. So I say, not bad. I’m just wondering when the “healthy” part begins. This plan is supposed to make you healthy too. I’m just not feeling the relief in the pain category. In fact, as soon as one pain ends, another begins. Its very frustrating. I would give anything to not hurt anymore. But I’m definitely getting thinner. My coworker said she’s starting to see a difference in my face. And I can roll my once tight jeans down and almost take them off without unbuckling them. Keeping my head up.
