Ingredients;

2 cups Hair Conditioner
3 cups White Vinegar
6 cups HOT Water
Pitcher
Funnel
Bottle (like a water bottle)
Downey Fabric Softener Ball
Whisk

Directions;

Using the pitcher, squeeze all the conditioner into it. Add the vinegar and HOT water. Mix well using the whisk. It takes a bit but all blends together eventually. Place the funnel over the bottle of your choice and pour til full. Be careful not to over fill. When using, use the Downey Ball. I keep the remaining amount in the pitcher in the cupboard and keep filling up the bottle.
