I saw a recipe online talking about single serving pies. So it made sense to me to make a big pie so I can have loads of servings. I’m all about having quick meals on hand. Not having to mix before eating makes it easier for me. This is why spend a few hours on a day off just cooking. This way I can just go to the freezer and grab something and go.
