3 leaves Romaine Lettuce, (1 1/2 Green)
3/4 cup Tomato slices, (1 1/2 Green)
1 1/2 ounces Avocado, (1 Healthy fat)
1 ounce Low-Fat Cheese, (1/5 Lean)
4 ounces Ground Turkey (Taco Seasoned), (4/5 Lean)
1 tablespoon Salsa, (1 Condiment)
Cook meat. I over cooked mine as I like a little crunchiness to the meat. Cut the leaves in two, making 6 taco shells. Slice tomato into 6 slices. Cut avocado as desired. Make tacos as desired. It ended up being a lot of food. Shown above is one serving.
