This is made in two parts and combined. Makes two meals and should be eaten straight out of the freezer. I tried toasting the marshmallow but it just started melting the chocolate and never did any good, so I stopped. It might be good warmed up, but I will leave that to you. Pretty darn good, if I do say so myself.
1 Medifast Meal Hot Chocolate mix
3 tablespoons COLD Water
1 Medifast Meal Oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Egg Beaters
2 tablespoons Chocolate Sugar-Free Syrup
3 tablespoons Water
2 oven safe dishes that are the same size
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper in the bottom of each dish. Mix the hot chocolate mix and 3 tablespoons of water in a small bowl well. Pour into one dish and place in the freezer. Freeze for one hour. In another bowl, mix the oatmeal, cinnamon, egg beaters, syrup and 3 tablespoons water. Let it sit for five minutes. Pour into the other dish and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool really well. Remove from dish and place on a plate. Get chocolate from freezer and place on top of oatmeal bar. Top with marshmallow dip and spread to cover. Cut in half and freeze separately.
Per Serving = 1 Medifast Meal, 1 1/2 Condiment
