1 Head of Cauliflower
3/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Medifast Brown Gravy
No need to shred the cauliflower. Cut all but the large stem up into small pieces. Boil til mushy. Make gravy as directed. Set aside. Drain the cauliflower and press out the water while in the colander. Place cauliflower back into the pot and using a masher, mash it up really good. Measure out your cauliflower. Mine measured out to 6 servings. Mix in the seasonings and let sit a few minutes. This helps the seasonings soak in. Stir and measure out. Shown in the picture is two servings.
