I saw a similar recipe and it seemed way more complicated. There are only two of us in my house so this is made for two but feel free to expand to make more. Just be sure to be able to divide evenly to make correct amounts for each serving. You will need to add your healthy fat to this meal.
8 ounces Ground Beef 95% Lean, cooked weight
1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Green Beans, canned, french cut
1 head Cauliflower
1 packet Medifast Gravy, made, using only 1/2 of gravy
2 ounces Low-Fat Cheese, shredded
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut up the cauliflower and boil the heck out of it. Place 8 ounces of cooked ground beef into a loaf pan. Spread the mushrooms over it. Cook the gravy as directed. Drain the green beans. Spread them over the mushrooms evenly. Pour 1/2 the made gravy over the mix. Place the cauliflower in a blender and make smooth. Spread one cup of it over the top. Save the rest for another meal. Top with the cheese. Bake 35 minutes.
