I have this problem. I continually forget to add healthy fats to my meals. So I make these and put them in single serve containers. Here is the recipe for one serving and it’s only 70 calories for the whole thing.
2 wedges Light Laughing Cow Cheese, your choice
1 tablespoon Walden Farms Raspberry Fruit Spread, or any fruit spread
Super easy guys. Just put the wedges in a small container and spread the fruit spread overt the top. Chill in the fridge. Enjoy when you forget to add your healthy fats to your Lean & Green
