2 ounces Low-Fat Swiss, sliced
3 1/2 ounces Ham, thinly sliced
2 large Lettuce Leaves
1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1 cup Asparagus Spears
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place asparagus on a cookie sheet and cook in the oven til al’dente. Stuff each lettuce leaf with 1 ounce of cheese, 2 ounces ham and 1/2 tablespoon mustard. You should now have two sandwiches and fries. Very good!
