1 head Cauliflower
4 tablespoons Cream Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
15 ounces Low-Fat Cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
Chop all of the cauliflower but the green part into bite size pieces. Don’t throw away the white part of the stem. Boil til al dente. Drain and return to your pot. Dump everything else in and stir while on medium heat til melted and mixed well. Add salsa if you like but make sure to add you condiments.
Servings 10 – 1/2 cups
Per Serving; 1 Green, 1/4 Healthy Fat, 1 1/2 ounce Lean, 1/4 Condiment
