wpid-IMG_20130408_212245.jpgA good reuben is one thing Wisconsin did well. So this is another Thing I missed.

Ingredients;

2.5 ounces Chicken Breasts, sliced
2 ounces Ham, sliced
1 ounce Low-Fat Swiss, sliced
2 large Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
1 cup Sauerkraut, drained
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing

Directions;

Use your lettuce for the bread. Place half of everything in each lettuce leaf. And that’s it. Tastes great.
