12.5 ounces Ground Beef, raw, 95-97%
3 cups Green Beans, canned, cut
2/3 cup Light Coconut Milk, canned
This is done all in one frying pan. Very easy. Brown the meat. Drain the green beans and add to the beef. Before opening the can of coconut milk, shake vigorously. Open and measure out the milk and add to the meat mixture. Heat til all warm. Divide in half and serve.
