wpid-IMG_20130419_202215.jpgMy son had a craving for Kung Pao Chicken so I came up with this. It’s pretty good and easy to do.


2 teaspoons Flax Seed Meal
9.1 ounces Chicken Breast, raw
1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 teaspoon Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

Heat a skillet or wok to medium. Chop chicken to bite-size pieces. In a plastic bag, combine the flax meal, chicken and red pepper. Shake up a lot. Cook in skillet with soy. Viola!
