1 ounce Low-fat Mozzarella, shredded
7.5 ounces Chicken Breast, raw
1 1/2 teaspoon Flax Meal
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Chop Chicken into thick strips. In a plastic baggie, combine cheese, chicken, flax meal and pepper. Shake a lot. Place on a cookie sheet. Spray with oil. Bake 25 minutes.
