2 cups Cauliflower, fresh, grated
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
2 servings “Spaghetti Sauce”
10 Green Olives, sliced
4 ounces Ham, very thinly sliced
8 ounces Low-Fat Cheese, shredded
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the egg mix and the cauliflower. Place parchment paper on a pizza pan. Spread cauliflower mixture along pan, pushing it out evenly. Bake 20 minutes. Spread sauce over crust and top as desired. Bake 15 minutes or until desired consistency of cheese is reached. Enjoy!
