Pizza for Two May 26, 2013

wpid-IMG_20130506_193342.jpgMy son wanted pizza so I figured out a way. I recommend using parchment paper. The pizza shown was not using parchment papaer and that was a disaster.


2 cups Cauliflower, fresh, grated
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
2 servings “Spaghetti Sauce
10 Green Olives, sliced
4 ounces Ham, very thinly sliced
8 ounces Low-Fat Cheese, shredded
Parchment Paper


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the egg mix and the cauliflower. Place parchment paper on a pizza pan. Spread cauliflower mixture along pan, pushing it out evenly. Bake 20 minutes. Spread sauce over crust and top as desired. Bake 15 minutes or until desired consistency of cheese is reached. Enjoy!
