2 ounces Pickled Daikon, diced small
10 ounces Fresh Tuna, raw
1 teaspoon Siracha Hot Sauce
1/8 teaspoon Wasabi Paste
3/4 cup Cucumber, peeled, diced
3/4 cup Cauliflower, shredded
3 ounces Avocado, sliced
Chop fish to bite size. Toss all but avocado in a bowl. Place on your place and top with avocado.
