Lemon Garlic Crockpot Chicken June 25, 2013

wpid-IMG_20130608_203212.jpgThis can be doubled or such to fit your needs and size of crockpot. I just happen to have a tiny one. I also added cauliflower which was yummy.

Ingredients;

9.1 ounces Chicken Breast, raw
1 cup Cauliflower, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Powder

Directions;

Toss all in a crockpot and mix. Cook High for 3.5 hours.

1 Serving
Lean & Green; 1 Lean, 2 Greens, 2 Condiments
