2 (1 1/2 ounces) Cabbage leaves
6.6 ounces Ground Beef 93%, raw
1/2 cup Cauliflower, grated
1 (1/2 cup) Roma Tomato
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Boil cabbage leaves til soft. Dice tomato and warm up in the microwave. Place in blender and puree. In a bowl mix the meat, cauliflower, and pepper. Run cold water over the drained cabbage. Place half the meat mixture into each leaf. Fold over and place face down in a loaf pan. Top with tomato puree. Bake 30 minutes.
