3 cups Baby Spinach
5 ounces Jennie O Turkey Bacon
2 tablespoons Wine Vinegar
Chop up bacon and fry in a medium frying pan in 1 tablespoon wine vinegar. Once bacon becomes crispy, add spinach and remaining wine vinegar. Cook til spinach is slightly wilted. Plate and enjoy!
