Warm Spinach Salad July 10, 2013

wpid-IMG_20130619_210424.jpgI was so excited that they added turkey bacon to the approved list so I had to make this.


3 cups Baby Spinach
5 ounces Jennie O Turkey Bacon
2 tablespoons Wine Vinegar


Chop up bacon and fry in a medium frying pan in 1 tablespoon wine vinegar. Once bacon becomes crispy, add spinach and remaining wine vinegar. Cook til spinach is slightly wilted. Plate and enjoy!

    I took the bacon and spinich to work but forgot to take the wine vinegar. We had some plain old white vinegar in the closet at work so I made due with that. Even with the plain white vinegar this is a quick and easy dinner that I would definately make again!
