Medifast Meals Mediterranean Flatbread May 20, 2013

wpid-IMG_20130429_071040.jpgAfter making the tomato flatbread, I decided to make a cool sandwich.

Ingredients;

1 Medifast Meal Cream of Tomato Soup
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Curry Powder
2 tablespoons Water
Parchment Paper
1 ounce Low-Fat Feta Cheese, small crumbles are best

Directions;

Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. In a bowl, mix the ingredients well. (except the cheese) Pour onto parchment paper and spread around with a scraper into a circle. Bake 6 minutes. Mine stuck to the paper just a tad, so I used a spatula to get it off in one piece. Place cheese in half and fold in half and fry in a frying pan with no oil. Very good!
